NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM TAP GOLD OR THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
TAP GOLD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SERVICE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL TAP GOLD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF TAP GOLD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORIES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tap Gold, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be exclusively settled through arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre then in effect.
Changes to These Terms
Tap Gold reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Services ("Feedback"). You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Tap Gold regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.
